After serving at multiple operating companies including a strategy consulting firm, information technology company, and LaSalle Investment Management, Mr. Shiroyama cofounded Creative Advisors in 2011. He integrates a background in business planning, architecture, finance, and project management to engage in real estate for business produce. Mr. Shiroyama holds a M.S. in Civil Engineering and minor in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. An associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

After serving in the USA Bechtel Corporation and a real estate development company in Asia, Mr. Nakamura cofounded Creative Advisors in 2011. He has served as Project Manager on large-scale development projects worldwide including Saudi Arabia's Jubail City, Tokyo International Airport (Haneda), Nagano Winter Olympics facilities, Shiodome City Center, and Tokyo Midtown. Leveraging his considerable experience and international professional teams, Mr. Nakamura specializes in feasibility studies, architecture planning, and project and construction management for international projects. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

After serving in a lease company, an international securities company, and working with private equity fund, Mr. Katagishi cofounded Creative Advisors in 2011. Utilizing his wealth of experience in finance projects including investments in operating companies, M&A, and corporate reconstruction, he works as a financial advisor to help operating companies grow. Mr. Katagishi holds a B.S. in Economics at Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan.
